At The Counseling Post, my goal is to facilitate healing and growth. It is my intention to empower you so that you will be able to endure life’s challenges in the future, either with or without me.
I understand that initiating counseling may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. My hope is that the information provided here diminishes any discomfort regarding this process and allows you to make an informed decision regarding your health care. Attending counseling demonstrates courage and is a sign that you value your health and well-being. At the end of the day, I want you to to be the version of yourself you wish to be.
